Ella - on the path of becoming part of the next generation of superstars?

According to a leaked presentation by Sony's David Diamond (from November 2014) Ella is among a handful of breakout music artists that is showing promising signs of becoming "our next generation of superstars". The other artists are MKTO, George Ezra, Hozier, Bobby Shmurda and Fifth Harmony.
