Ellas song "Ghost" is among those shortlisted for "Song of the Year" at the "BBC Music Awards" tonight

10 songs have been shortlisted for "Song of the Year" at the inaugural BBC Music Awards. Ellas song "Ghost" is among those tracks vying for the prize, voted for by the public today, Thursday. The winner will be announced later tonight.

Ella will perform on "The BBC Music Awards" tonight

Ella will perform a duet with Labrinth. They will share the stage with (among others) One Direction, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Clean Bandit, Paloma Faith, Calvin Harris, Take That, George Ezra and the BBC Concert Orchestra.

The show will be hosted by Chris Evans and Fearne Cotton and take place in front of a live audience of 13,500 people at London’s Earls Court and will be broadcast to millions across the UK on BBC One, Radio 1, Radio 2 and at bbc.co.uk/music.

Between 7 and 7.30 PM BBC One will be broadcasting live from Earls Court with all the action from the Red Carpet and behind the scenes build up to the big event between 8 and 10 PM.

The "BBC Music Awards" with Ella gets airtime in both USA and Japan

"The BBC Music Awards" with Ella and Labrinth will also be aired in Denmark, Japan, Ireland and the USA.

The music channel Palladia will screen the event live and free from adverts in the US on thursday 11th at 3 PM (local time in New York). 

The music channel Space Shower TV will air the show in Japan next year (2015).

"Daily Star Weekend" has news about Ella

According to an article in the "Daily Star Weekend" the group "Take That" are lining up Ella to perform "Relight My Fire" on their arena tour next year. It would depend how their voices blend in rehearsals.  
The "Daily Star Weekend" also reports that Ella has collaborated with a "secret star" to help crack the US. Ella will be featured on an upcoming track by the "secret star".
