Ella tries to explain why her first album has been such a success and mentions her X Factor experience and her mentor Simon Cowell. Ella praises Simon by saying that he rarely offers the "Rolls Royce service" to someone in the music industry. But you see when someone really believes in you, he is ready to help you through. Simon gave Ella the "Rolls Royce service".
